To my dearest family members:
I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all who have generously contributed to the upkeep of the Peace Memorial Garden family cemetery over the past few years. I am writing this letter to encourage you all to donate to our cemetery fund in 2026.
Last year, we utilized Rev. John Gooch for landscaping. He does an exceptional job, often going above and beyond to keep the grounds beautiful. If you see him working, please let him know he is appreciated!
Included below is our 2025 financial report. Please note that 2026 expenses may trend higher due to rising fuel costs and necessary repairs to our chain-link fence. To cover these needs, we request a contribution of $125 per household, though any amount is deeply valued. Your annual donations are essential. It is my sincere hope that each household with descendants of J.T. Peace will donate.
Please send your contribution directly to me. I maintain a dedicated Bank of America account specifically for the family cemetery’s expenses. Please note that in the event that I am no longer able to manage the property, my wife Renee knows to transfer the funds to whoever takes on the responsibility next.

Last year I planned to hold an important meeting concerning the future plans for the cemetery, but I never called the meeting. I am researching long-term preservation options and legal structures to ensure the cemetery is protected for generations to come. Once the research is complete, I will reach out with a date for us to connect.
Finally, Some of our cousins have expressed to me interest in a family reunion. If you are interested in being on a family reunion committee, please contact me?
